TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the website, reserving a simulator session, registering for training, purchasing a membership, booking an event, buying a gift card or merchandise, or otherwise purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. Separate waivers, range rules, course rules, booking terms, membership terms, proposals, or event agreements may also apply. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

1. Services

Shore Shot provides or arranges services that may include:

Firearms-simulator sessions, open-range reservations, individual or group experiences, and scenario-based training.
CCW, firearms-safety, marksmanship, defensive-decision-making, simulator-based, private, and group instruction.
Birthday parties, private events, corporate team-building, group bookings, memberships, gift cards, and merchandise.
Related educational programs, demonstrations, referrals, and services shown on the website or in written agreements.

Availability, eligibility, prerequisites, scheduling, pricing, instructor assignments, simulator bays, curriculum, live-fire or range requirements, memberships, events, and service scope may change. Private events, group bookings, and customized services may be governed by a written agreement defining price, duration, attendance, and responsibilities.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to update it when necessary. Certain courses and services require minimum age, identification, legal eligibility, prior training, safety equipment, parental or guardian consent, or other prerequisites. Shore Shot may refuse or discontinue participation when requirements are not met or when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, deceptive, or inconsistent with policy.

3. Training, Firearms, and Safety

Participants must follow all instructor, range, classroom, facility, and safety rules.
Shore Shot may remove a participant for unsafe conduct, impairment, threats, harassment, unauthorized weapons or ammunition, failure to follow instructions, or conduct that endangers others.
Completion, qualification, certification, licensing, or permit approval is not guaranteed. Students must satisfy applicable attendance, testing, practical, live-fire, legal, agency, and eligibility requirements.
Government agencies, licensing bodies, issuing authorities, and certifying organizations make their own decisions and may change requirements.
Participation may require a separate release, assumption-of-risk agreement, medical disclosure, or facility waiver.

4. Simulator Sessions, Training, and Events

Simulator training and instruction are educational experiences intended to improve knowledge, judgment, and skills, but Shore Shot does not guarantee proficiency, licensing, permit approval, personal safety, or any particular result. Simulator equipment and training devices are not live firearms, and no live ammunition is used in simulator areas. Any live-fire component, when offered, is governed by separate range rules and safety requirements.

Participants and event organizers must follow staff instructions, occupancy limits, equipment rules, age restrictions, and all safety requirements. The customer must disclose relevant accessibility needs, group information, or conditions that could affect safe participation.

5. Bookings, Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for simulator sessions, training, memberships, events, gift cards, merchandise, deposits, taxes, or other amounts disclosed at checkout or in a written agreement. Ammunition, live-range fees, government fees, third-party fees, shipping, or special-event costs may be separate unless expressly included.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Shows

Simulator sessions, courses, memberships, parties, events, and other bookings are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, refund, and no-show terms disclosed at booking, on the applicable service page, or in a written agreement. Deposits, gift cards, memberships, custom event costs, third-party fees, ammunition, range fees, merchandise, and work already performed may be nonrefundable where disclosed and permitted by law.

Shore Shot may reschedule, relocate, substitute an instructor, change simulator availability, modify delivery, or cancel a course, session, or event because of equipment issues, instructor availability, enrollment, safety, facility conditions, government action, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where appropriate, Shore Shot may offer transfer, credit, rescheduling, or refund of amounts paid directly to Shore Shot for the affected service.

7. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, misuse forms, infringe rights, or use website content to facilitate unlawful or unsafe activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, course materials, documents, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Shore Shot and are protected by applicable law. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or using a lawful small-claims process.
